You’ll become a true expert on our platform, guiding customers and partners in building powerful automations that bring their visions to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build automations on the platform, becoming our go-to guru for all things automation.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, crafting creative solutions post-sale.
- Lead engaging demos during pre-sales, showcasing what our platform can do.
- Empower customers and partners by training them to build their own automations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A background in professional services or automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SaaS applications.
- Experience crafting customer solutions and delivering impactful demos.
- A passion for tackling customer challenges through innovative technology.
- Basic technical knowledge and comfort with APIs (coding experience isn’t necessary).
- Highly creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
